This statement clarifies what data Germany IPTV collects when you access this website or purchase our service, the reasons for collecting it, and the options available to you. We request the bare minimum and we do not sell personal data to any party.
Information we collect
When you complete an order or contact support we collect the information you supply: your name, email address, WhatsApp or telephone number, the package you selected, and — for MAG and similar devices — the MAC address needed for activation. When you visit the site, our hosting service captures routine technical data including your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited.
Payment processing is carried out by external payment providers. We get notification that a payment was successful along with the transaction reference. We never view or save your complete card number.
Why we use it
- To activate, renew and support your subscription.
- To answer your messages and provide installation help.
- To detect abuse, credential sharing and fraudulent orders.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- With your agreement, to transmit occasional service updates or promotional messages — you may halt these at any time with just one reply.
Who we share it with
We pass data exclusively to the service providers necessary for our operations: payment processors, hosting and server infrastructure suppliers, and messaging platforms we employ to communicate with you. Each gets only the information required for that specific role. We also reveal data when legally obligated.
How long we keep it
Purchase and billing records are stored for the duration required by accounting regulations. Support interactions are retained throughout your active subscription and for a reasonable timeframe beyond so we can assist if you come back. Technical logs are held briefly then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we store about you, request that we amend it, or request that we erase it once it's no longer needed for legal or contractual obligations. You can also cancel consent for marketing communications at any time. Write to siptview@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Only support personnel have access to customer records, and all transfers to and from this site are encrypted. No system is flawless: please never give your password to anyone requesting it outside our verified WhatsApp number or email address.
Children
Our service is marketed to adults. We do not deliberately gather data from children — consult our children's statement for parental controls and family viewing.
